As much as we are confident that you would be satisfied with our products, in the case of unlikely events, we would have a return/cancellation policy for upto 15 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions / Eligibility for returns
Only unused tyres that have not been fitted or driven on are eligible for return.
The purchased tyre (s) can be returned/replaced under any of the below mentioned circumstances:
- Size mismatch
- Pattern mismatch
- Manufacturing defect
The process we would follow: Our team will organise the pickup and return freight of tyres back to us. You will be refunded the full amount against your order.
The return process will take up to 15 working days
The process we would follow: Our team will organise the reverse pickup after inspection of tyres and return of tyres back to us. Once we receive the tyres at our warehouse, we will refund the full amount against your order.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateways the refund will be made to the same account.

Ordered items cannot be returned if any of the following apply:
- Item was fitted on a wheel
- Item was used on or off-road
- Items were altered in any way
- Misuse / damage of any kind
